Dallas Immigration Court granted Cancellation of Removal
Respondent, a long-term permanent resident, was placed in proceedings for a conviction for possession of a firearm and for assaulting a public servant (felony offense). Our firm applied for Cancellation of Removal and argued that Respondent accepted responsibility for offenses, and that he had the potential for total rehabilitation. Our firm arranged for a "best of the best" inpatient treatment to establish a detailed plan to achieve total rehabilitation.
