Breach of warranty

Being with this lawyer and not having much knowledge of what to do when we were having issues. They came to the rescue to help. With coming to them, they were able to provide insite, work with what we agreed to, and educated us on what the next steps were. They went above and beyond and it was a smoo...th sailing.

Excellent Follow Through On Lemon Law

After speaking with a few law firms I chose Allen M. Stewart because they had the legal knowledge to process a small claim with very thorough handling. Diligent, determined attorney

As God-fearing Christians, we did not come the decision to hire an attorney lightly. When Mr. Stewart sat down with us for the first time, he warned us that even though he agreed we had been wronged, the odds of winning were not good. This was what we heard from a number of other attorneys who declin...ed. We were starting to think no one could help us. This was not an easy case. In spite of the odds and a difficult case, Al Stewart and his staff accepted our case and prepared to go all the way to trial. Due to Mr. Stewart's extensive knowledge and experience, and convincing the defendants a trial would not be in their best interests, we able to reach a settlement more than satisfactory to us. It is only because of Mr. Stewart's dogged determination were we successful. We are both extremely grateful to Mr. Stewart and his staff. Because he believed in us, our family was able to move away from what was a peaceful existence turned into industrial war zone to move away and start our new life. We would also like to acknowledge Mr. Stewart's paralegal, Toya Walker for her assistance and grace.
