David offers expert legal advice in most all aspects of civil litigation. Beginning in 1983, David began representing individuals and business alike when it appears a courtroom will be needed for justice. David has a proven track record of delivering for his clients. Personal Injury litigation is a large percentage of what he has always done, and that includes cases involving vehicle/truck accidents, professional malpractice, and elder abuse just to name a few – all which can and often do result in disastrous financial injury, serious personal injury, and even death. These are the cases that David has handled for years, as well as virtually all areas of civil disputes that find their way to the courtroom. Take a look at the Case List to see the broad range of cases that David has resolved over the years.
As a law student assisting his trial lawyer father and mentor, David picked his first jury in Oklahoma in 1982, and has been active in that state ever since. David is licensed in three states, and is often called in to other states to assist lawyers in the representation of their clients.
Born in Sherman, Texas, David has been married to Terri since 1981, and has three kids and two grandchildren.
