Mr. Hooton was the best lawyer experience I have ever had. Hands down, plain and simple. He makes sure he understands you as a client. He is very easy to talk to, and puts you in a position where you can feel at ease given the situation you are in. My favorite part about having him as my lawyer ...was the fact that he always showed up EARLY for court and kept me filled in with everything! Also, the fact that he always returned my phone calls in a very timely manner was a plus as well. Other lawyers I have had in the past are never on time, and that is not something that you want to be worrying about when going to face the judge. Mr. Hooten's promptness, as well as his skill-set kept me out of jail. And for that I thank you, my company thanks you, and my family thanks you! If you are an individual like myself who has a great deal to lose from this one poor decision you have regrettably made (drinking and driving), then Mr. Thomas Hooton is the man you need to speak with! My family is so pissed at me for getting a DWI but they bailed me out by paying for my lawyer. They are still pissed at me but since Tom took care of all the work and helped get me out of jail time they are a lot happier with me now. I'm still going to be able to graduate and so then hopefully we'll ...never talk about this again but if you're looking for a good lawyer then Tom will help you out and your life won't be ruined. Probably best if you don't tell your family though they don't even need to know.

I am well-respected in my community and was devastated to learn how having a couple drinks at my company's Christmas party could undo years of quality work and trust. I couldn't believe I got a DUI usually I am not like that and I really felt fine but they said at the checkpoint that I was over the legal limit and then I thought I was going to lose my job. Thankfully Hooton put so much hard work into my case and I am so grateful that I didn't get charged with what... I was going to at first. I didn't even get my license suspended... so it all turned out ok after all. What a relief.
