Family violence charge

HIRE THIS LAWYER Stood beside me for the 2 1/2 years to get the criminal charge dismissed 1 week before the trial that Brian was more than prepared to handle and showed confidence to get the not guilty verdict Brian got me through some really tough difficult time in my life. When finding a lawyer a...nd dealing with legal issues you never know what is coming next. From the moment I had Brian hired he handled my case with the upmost priority. I have dealt with other lawyers in the past. Brian either answered my phone call immediately or directly texted every time I called him. If he could not answer my call he got back to me in a very reasonable time period. I trust this man he got my case dismissed and if my case would of went to trial which was less than a week away from happening. I had the best man in my corner. Brian was honest with me the whole time even when the truth hurt but would also give the best advice how to handle the situation. He will prepare you for everything. Excellent service

Brian corrigan helped me with a motion for early termination of probation. He was great at communicating the entire way and set a great outline of what to expect. Thanks to him the judge approved very quickly as if the holidays were no delay at all.

The Best of the Best

A True Professional

I chose Brian to be my attorney for a few reasons. First, I could see that he had strong and successful experience on both sides... as a prosecutor and now as a defense attorney. Second, he personally represents a client; there no junior person involved. Third, he was very direct and forthcoming in s...haring his views - starting with my initial call. Mine was a DWI case and I imagined that maybe the charge could be dismissed. Looking back, I don't think this was realistic, given the evidence and the other side that is aggressive in prosecuting. But the results that Brian achieved were probably as good as I could have expected. He was successful in reducing the offense, the fine, and in waiving the community service. Brian handled my case professionally throughout and helped me get through this difficult time.

Brian got me out of HUGE trouble..

I found Brian on Avvo. One factor that has lightened the load through this painful journey was how easy it is to communicate with him. His openness to correspond with me through text message has made it very convenient for my busy schedule, and I'm sure as well as his. The consequences for a convicti...on that I have initially been charged with (Manufacturing / Delivery) could have landed me 10-99 years in prison. After anxiously waiting 2 years for the case to be submitted to Grand Jury, Brian used this time to get my life story as well as suggest things for me to take care of early (classes, etc). I've spent countless times at the courthouse meeting with Brian until the DA finally offered to drop the charge to a Class A Misdemeanor with 2-year deferred adjudication. No jail time served if completed successfully. This type of charge was not eligible for expunction (complete deletion of your criminal record) but it was eligible for a nondisclosure. I had a successful completion of the deferred, the judge cut the probation off a year early, and Brian helped me submit a Petition of Nondisclosure which has been granted this week! YES! I will not be labelled with the dirty word "felon" as it has been reduced to a misdemeanor, and now even THAT will be hidden from the public eye. Thank you Brian, you practically saved my life and I can live it without worries with my wonderful wife and future family.
