About me

Nathan Graham is a consumer law attorney, representing clients in bankruptcy cases and debt-related litigation.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas. Nathan continued his education at Texas Wesleyan School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas where he received a law degree and was an active member of the Moot Court Honor Society.

Nathan is a founding partner of Graham Legal, PLLC.  Graham Legal, PLLC offers representation to individuals and small businesses struggling with debt-related issues, such as foreclosure, garnishment, repossession, and litigation.

Before starting his own firm, Nathan was an associate attorney at The Wright Firm, LLP, a law firm serving Dallas, Collin, and Denton County.  While in that position Nathan managed the bankruptcy department, and represented hundreds of clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.

Prior to joining The Wright Firm, LLP, Nathan worked as senior associate at Robert Higgins & Associates, PC in Forth Worth, Texas.  While in that position, Nathan represented thousands of clients in bankruptcy-related matters, including Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and adversary proceedings.

Nathan is admitted to practice law in the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and is a member of The State Bar of Texas, The Dallas Bar Association, The Collin County Bar Association, and The Texas Wesleyan Alumni Association (now Texas A&M School of Law).
