I have a clean record, and no arrest history so when i was arrested for something I did not do, it was very nice to have someone in my corner. Wes was very professional, but straight forward. Wesley Spencer represented me in a case that started as a Class A misdemeanor - possession of a controlled substance. He was able to get my charge dropped down to a Class C misdemeanor - possession of paphernalia (much better). ALSO, my case is being expunged 2 years after the date of arrest. I only ...have to complete a 6 month probate period (don’t have to report to probation officer, just stay out of trouble!) Wesley did a great job at reducing my case and took a lot of stress off of my shoulders during the process. I definitely recommend him.
