|TX||Not Eligible to Practice - Discipline||1988||02/26/2017|
This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
This means the attorney resigned in order to avoid being disbarred. "Disbarment" is the most serious penalty for a lawyer.
Fully probated suspension means an attorney is technically suspended but may still practice law. The State monitors the lawyer's activities during the suspension to make sure that he or she does not repeat the behavior.

KEEP AWAY!! I hired this guy back in August 2013. For 6 months this guy didn't do anything until I threatened him by putting a complaint with the board. He finally filed the initial paperwork in January 2014 and my ex was served a month later. His communication is poor. Made a decision to fire him, I paid him $1450 and asked to be refunded. Haven't heard from him since. Will be suing him for my refund and submitting a complaint to the board. This guys should have his license revoked.
