Ms. Rachel helped me on two different issues, first with custody of my granddaughter, then with the final adoption of my granddaughter. I found her to be very helpful, her staff is excellent. Even when I went into panic mode over an issue, I got a response to all of my questions within 24 hours that ...helped ease my fears. She was always on time for our court appearances and somehow got me in before the judge first! I was amazed by that! I have dealt with a criminal attorney in the past who rarely showed up and left me sitting in the lobby for hours at a time. I have one more legal issue to be taken care of and Ms. Rachel will be my attorney for that issue also.

Megan Rachel was appointed to Represent me but she never contacted me at all and instead of helping me she filed a voluntary relinquishment of my rights on my behalf. She drafted the document, notarized it herself, and filed it herself. She refuses to provide me a copy of her notarial Records proving... that I signed it. She cost me my life with my kids and got paid to do nothing to help me. I think she should be in jail.
