I was a first time offender but the number of my offenses and the serious nature of some(DWI and Felony Evasion charges) made it almost certain that I would be seeing jail or even prison time. However to Dan's awesome lawyer skills, he was able to bring get the DWI and Felony Evasion differed and... removed from my record upon completion of probation. In the end, I've been charged with 2 misdemeanors and a 3 year probation sentenced that if served would see the more serious charges dropped.
