I felt very comfortable with Brett, Janene and his staff. Very warm and friendly office. I wanted Christian values and that’s what they represent! This was by far the most painful time in my life, and I left another firm because they were not honest! You will get honest representation from Nelson Law...! They kept me informed, they were prepared and I did not have to worry that my case did not matter. Being in the last quarter of your life is a scary time to go through a divorce. I highly recommend Brett and his team and I would refer anyone going through a difficult divorce to meet Brett and his team!

Brett handled my divorce case. He was always very quick to respond when I called or emailed him. My only complaint is that I had to send him various documents more than once as if he didn't have them or lost them, but he was in the process of moving offices so I don't know if that had something to do... with it. Overall, it was a good experience. I'd use his services again, and also recommend him.

I refinanced my mortgage and owned some additional land with the home. During the refinance, the land was suppose to be removed from the mortgage. It was removed from the survey and appraisal, but was left in the legal description. Seems like a simple enough issue to have the bank update the legal ...description, but after a couple of months of getting no where. I talked to Brett and he contacted the bank. Within a few weeks, I got an email saying they agreed to correct the mistake and within another week or so, I got the updated filing showing the land had been removed from the legal description. Brett was very professional in collecting the information, explaining the process and letting me know how things were going along the way. I trust Brett and would never use any other attorney.
