Kenneth Ray Moore Jr.
I can’t speak highly enough about the services I received from Attorney Kenneth Moore. He has been working my child custody case(s) for over three years and his service exceeded my expectations. Any time I needed him was there for me. Mr. Moore guided me through process after process with a professionalism and kindness that was unexpected but cherished. I always felt comfortable around him. Kenneth went out of his way to make sure that I as a client had everything I needed as far as Court room prep, the wind down information process afterward, what was still to come and what we both needed to be ready for.
The end result was exactly what we wanted and what I expected from Mr. Moore. I can’t offer more than to say as an Attorney Kenneth Moore is above the pale and a wonderful human being to boot!
After a twenty-year career in public service as a police officer and prosecutor, Kenneth is pleased to have the opportunity to give back to his community and help families with their family law matters. In his practice as a family lawyer, he welcomes the opportunity to help people in crisis, building on a longstanding commitment to serve others.
Kenneth focuses his practice exclusively on Family Law matters, including divorce litigation, child custody, child support, modifications and adoptions.
Kenneth recognizes that no one wants to go through divorce, and he offers a keen understanding of the family dynamics involved. Approaching each situation as unique, Kenneth listens first, then tailors a personalized solution based on the best legal approach for the individual client’s needs. Kenneth draws on his extensive experience with family violence as a former detective to advise clients in dealing with child abuse, child custody, and domestic violence issues. In addition, he is trained in conflict resolution, working with high-conflict personalities, and dealing with the complexities associated with mental health disorders.
Helping families as a whole and keeping children first are Kenneth’s primary interests when helping his clients. He is rewarded by seeing people overcome adversity and being the helping hand that guides them to a new place in their lives. Kenneth is dedicated to keeping his family law practice a profession and not to handle his client’s matters as a business.
Before attending law school, Kenneth was a detective with the Terrell Police Department for 16 years. Kenneth received his J.D. degree from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2016, served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office until joining the team as an associate attorney at Goranson Bain Ausley, PLLC in 2018. Kenneth formed his own firm in 2021 where he and his paralegal, his wife of 15 years, provide each client with a personal and professional legal service.
