Dana and his staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. They assissted me when I needed somebody immediately that day for a child custody case! Used Dana's Soft Divorce firm to make changes to original divorce decree to address child support, residence restrictions, and schools attended. Dana tried to settle agreement amicably with my ex and was generally interested in settling with limited conflict and considering both parties. Still had to... go to mediation, but Dana's team did a great job in mediation getting me some concessions I hadn't expected; without the need for going to court. I did have some periods of frustration, beginning of 2013, due to slower response time but I believe that was due to firm growth and was eventually resolved by hiring of additional lawyer and paralegal.

Today was my first meeting with Dana Palmer, all I can say is he was the most thorough and knowledgable lawyer I have ever dealt with. Dana also made me feel understood, he was compassionate and warm and offered brilliant advise. I have had nightmare experiences in the past from attorney's who just... took my retainer and sat on my case…... and numerous consultations at $400 an hour with pompous, arrogant, and heartless lawyers.
