I was looking at 10 yrs in prision on a 3rd dwi felony. The judge wanted to throw the book at me but Arron fought like a pitbull in court. Was pulled over for DUI, I knew I had only 1 beer, with a meal, so felt like this was a scam. I refused the breath analyzer, and the Police Officer did not insist on a blood test.
