Best DWI lawyer ever

Aaron was so friendly, accommodating and helpful from start to finish. He did everything in his power to make sure he got me the best possible deal and he and his team were always there and available to me whenever I needed anything, even just a moral pick-me-up! I would and have recommended him to a...nyone that needs a lawyer because he’s definitely reliable and results-driven. If you were on the fence, use this as a reason to hire him. Trust me, you won’t regret the decision. He’s literally the best!

A good lawyer makes things much less stressful

Aaron was an absolute pleasure to have represent me. I was recommended to him by a very close friend who had used his services previously. I knew a little of what I was getting from him and from his online reviews. I got a DWI during the beginning of Covid lockdowns and immediately contacted Aaron. F...rom the very first phone call he was asking me questions about what happened and questioning the way things were handled. I could tell his lawyer brain had already kicked in. We met and after we went through the events of what happened he went over everything in detail on how things would work, his services/fees, and exactly what to expect. His assistant Jill was also a pleasure to work with. They kept me informed of all my court dates and proceedings. When it came time to go to the final court date he called me and went into even more detail of the circumstances of my life and the time around when the incident happened. Felt very confident going to court the final time. He met me there and did his thing to get me the best deal he could. I always had the feeling he was very good at what he does and wasn't just there to collect a check and accept whatever deal they offered. Always making sure I understood all my options when it came to deals or trial or anything else. He got me a better deal than I even expected having heard what others had accepted. Made the whole process extremely easy and stress free. Not to mention he is a genuinely cool guy. I will (and already have) absolutely send any friends or family his way as I know they'll be in good hands.

Did not deliver anything remotely close to what he sold me.

I will say Aaron has a great secretary. She was very helpful right up the very end. My case should not have been a felony case. The fact that it was, blew me away. I am a parent and responsible adult. I hadn't been in trouble in 17 years.Aaron speaks fast and I'm sure it's for a good reason. He also ...talks like an old school used car salesperson who's trying to get you to buy the car before you've kicked the tires. He offered his services for a reasonable price, and had really good reviews. Seemed ideal for my situation. But I wasn't in trouble for a dwi, so maybe it was out of his scope of practice. The game plan was laid out in not so much detail after his first call in which he "brainstormed" ideas for a defense. But in his second phone call it seemed like he had me confused for someone else or just had all kinds of facts wrong. It seemed he thought I had a history of drug use, one of the arresting officers made this statement several times despite any evidence of drug use whatsoever. He kept referencing my "history" and I kept correcting him to which it seemed he didn't believe me. The police report also said I had done more of the crime than what had actually happened. This is clearly evident in surveillance videos and if approached properly it would have dropped my case from a felony to a misdemeanor, BEFORE any deals were made. But Aaron did not approach it appropriately. In fact, my case was true billed and I found out about it because another attorney sent me a letter advertising his services. My own attorney didn't make me aware. In fact, he was unaware. If he did know, he just did not present a jury packet. Either he was ignorant of his responsibility or he was careless with my future. He didn't even present a packet. This was the time that he could give them the details about me and about this charge that would have prevented this from ever being even remotely close to being true billed.I was at a loss and left a message. He did call me several times the next day as we looked for another attorney.I eventually answered and he talked and talked and he sold me another lemon. He promised me he was gonna be in my corner and back me up all the way.Made me feel like this was supposed to happen and it was all good.I knew better but still gave him another opportunity to be my attorney. There were so many blatant and obvious errors and obvious lies with what the prosecution had.Aaron was offered a "sweet deal" that I just had to take.I didn't like it. I had to be in court to sign the documents or else it was off the table according to Aaron.I didn't go into court.Guess what? Deal is still on the table and Aaron is pushing it hard. Because of my "history" and the "evidence". The evidence that would actually play out in my favor. I actually hired another attorney that day.Paid the thousands in dollars that was the initial fee.But they contacted him and he sold them on what was done by him already. They refunded my money and said they couldn't represent me as Aaron already got the best deal possible. Maybe that was true at this point as he failed to prevent it being true billed.Maybe it was true at this point, but that doesn't mean I wanted him to continue to represent me.I didn't think it was legal for an attorney to accept your case and money then say they won't represent you which is what happened on that day. I received years of probation and a promise to lower the charges from a felony to a class A misdemeanor.A class A?For a nonviolent non drug related crime that was blown out of proportion in a tangible and defend-able way. Btw, it's still listed as a felony. But he made me feel like this deal was the end all be all and that I'd be serving time if I didn't take this.. that I was out of options and time. This was not honest.. Hindsight:Pay more$ get better attorney. Pros: secretary is great.Offered a payment plan Cons:forgot who I was and important dates.Charged an additional $1K For closing fees.Read the fine print
