I'm walking out of the court house smiling as Mr. Harper has not only gotten my penalty reduced but also kept me from monthly reporting of probatIon . Hopefully I will never need to use an attorney for this type of situation but I strongly recommend Mr. Harper if you got a battle on your hands .
