Moral and Ethically Sound Representatives

Scott Palmer and team were extremely professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and consistent in handling my personal injury case. Even when Scott wasn't available his hand off to the other attorneys with the firm was proper and efficient. Scott, JR, Shelly, James and Norma are an amazing team. My ...case did result in a small victory and Scott made me feel.like I was a winner, long before the verdict. I highly recommend this legal team to anyone for any legal representation!

Predominantly Superior, Organized, Efficiant, Sincere, Trustworthy !!!

I have to start by telling you that 5 stars is not even a quarter of the star rating you will receive from Scott and his family. I say "family" , because from the 1st consult w/ Mr.Palmer back in 2012, and all of the ones thru the years that were to follow. Scott and his team are not only a fam...ily amongst themselves as colleagues. They consider and treat you as "family" as well. Col-league NOUN : a person w/ whom one works w/ in a profession or business. synonyms: fellow worker, associate, teammate, collaborator, etc... My point being that there attention, concern, TRUE and REAL COMPASSION, honesty, commitment, loyalty, and w/out a doubt respect for one another as well as anyone they interact with. Irregardless of there representation of the person in the end. Is that of a "family" more than a Law office. As for their capabilities in there profession, well I have had to use Scott's IMPECCABLE, confident, extremely knowledgeable, but modest services more than I care to admit. But , will tell you that since 2012. To this day Scott Palmer has represented me in everyone of my cases. He always superseids my expectations, and w/out a doubt has not once said or done anything he did not follow thru with. Scott Palmer is a man of INTEGRITY, which in lawyers as u know is almost impossible to find. He truly cares and will treat you like family. I have never questioned his billing because he's never been anything but upfront. IN MY OPINION HE IS WORTH THAT AND MORE... Too many times have I called from jail at ridiculous hrs and at times holidays. Scott not only had received my message but, had me walking out within hrs (on a Holiday weekend at that). He has pulled many of rabbits out of his hat through the years. Nothing short of miracles. I not only recommend Scott and his family but refer him to anyone and everyone I get the opportunity. Don't risk your freedom and waist your money,time,energy, looking any further. SCOTT PALMER IS YOUR GUY NO MATTER WHERE OR WHAT they are THE BEST.

When others fell through, Scott Palmer broke down impossible walls!!!

Our review is for this law firm, but it is also written to any anyone desperately searching to find an attorney. We have been there, and it is an awful place to be especially if your child is in jail. We were referred to Scott Palmer by a friend. Our son had already been in jail for months being held... on extremely high bond and getting nowhere with pretrial mitigations. Scott Palmer and Rebekah Perlstein stepped into our awful mess and began to unravel his case. Whenever we had a question, he responded immediately everytime and this was priceless to us. They changed direction from the course we were on, made a solid plan, stuck to that plan, fought and never quit pushing on the “system”, and today they knocked down the Walls of Jericho! Our son is coming home!!! When the court day finally came, Scott was using a walker because of a recent serious knee surgery. This didn’t slow the POWERHOUSE down! The passion of this firm exits because of Scott Palmer! Add Rebekah Perlstein, the more undramatic, methodically logical counterpart and the duo is magical. We are forever grateful and if you are reading this, just don’t go anywhere else. Trust them: they will be your greatest ally. We are eternally thankful!

Early Release from Probation!

I had completed all of the terms of my probation with nearly a year still remaining and was told by my probation officer that I may be eligible for early release. I was disappointed after being told by the head of probation and the clerks at the courthouse that it would most likely be denied. Even th...e court's bailiff said it was a long shot and that in his 3 years of working with this judge he had only seen her grant early release from probation twice. Scott walked back to the judge's chambers and came out 10 minutes later with a signed dismissal letter. I don't know what this guy does, but he gets the job done! Couldn't have been more satisfied!

From 1st Degree Felony to Misdemeanor with no Conviction

Scott Palmer and Brady Wyatt are fantastic lawyers, and saved me from terrible and ineffectual representation that could have permanently ruined my life. In 2017, I was arrested on a charge for first-degree felony manufacturing of methamphetamine. I had no criminal record. The search was possibly ill...egal, and I was under treatment for bipolar disorder at the time. It seemed at the very least that there were mitigating circumstances, but when you are in jail, you don’t have a lot of control over the lawyer you get, whether it’s someone your parents scramble to pay or someone the court provides. For 18 months, I was represented by a terrible lawyer who seemed out of his league, who didn’t get the system, and sometimes forgot to tell me about court dates. My case lingered on and on, and my life was at a standstill. In May 2018, I was put in contact with Scott Palmer and Brady Wyatt who convinced me to fire my old lawyer and hire them. It was an expensive decision, but it was one of the best I ever made. Within four months, Scott and Brady negotiated the dismissal of my first degree felony charge, and a pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of less than one gram with no conviction after 2-years probation. I was facing 10 years or more in prison and now I have my life and my future back. Scott and Brady and very savvy about the Texas court system. They know people, and know how to get the best deals for their clients. Don’t waste your time and money with ineffectual lawyers better suited for DUIs. Scott and Brady will help you get your life back on track.
