Federal Case facing many years!!!

Attorney Scott Palmer plays chess, not checkers. When I think of reviews, it short changes the actual experience as words on a page can not account nor reflect the diligence, time, effort, resolve and tenacity that legal proceedings entails. It's an exhausting process that requires a solid team to se...e you through. Our family found that in Attorney Scott Palmer. He is more than a review, he is an experience. His years of experience are reflected in the quality of work he produces. He has tact, know how, humility and respect for the law. His valuable skill is one that is not seen in the courts often. Some lawyers you come across, they are seeking something from you and seem heartless towards your family, loved one and the process. I have to say, Attorney Palmer and his team have walked through this entire process with us. Mourned this transition and were delicate in approach; they did not mishandle our family. He is an amazing lawyer-negotiator who sought to leave all parties to include my family feeling like a reasonable outcome was achieved, rather than trying to run over the opposition. This did not mean that he got us less than what we were seeking but a fair outcome and one my family could feel good about the outcome. He managed expectations and has a warrior spirit. I know it seems cliche but he is definitely a ruby amongst gems. We chose him because he has put in the hours in and out of court; years of federal court experience and challenges of appearing in front of United States District Court Judges within our District; even know how with respect for the newest Judge sworn into the bench. Attorney Palmer understands people, personalities and the peculiarities of each judge. Some judges place more weight on emotion; others on the facts. He can differentiate. He is familiar with local, state and federal practice. He has defended many federal cases with efficiency, time, not over utilizing resources, centering the clients and families while reducing costs for all involved. I urge you to not hire a "good" Federal attorney, hire one with experience and proven successes. Hire Attorney Palmer. He has drafted correspondence, motions and briefs that are well-cited and well-written. He maintains a sense of decorum. He and his team get things done on time. He is confident and is prepared each time we see him. The top reason Attorney Palmer is a superb lawyer is his reasonable accessibility. He made himself available to us, and I did not have to beg him to talk with me. No matter the day or hour, he was responsive and he still is responsive; he has not abandoned us. He is flexible, reasonable, trust worthy and understanding. In the law world there is a saying "there's nothing more expensive than a cheap lawyer." Fortunately, I happen to agree; Attorney Scott Palmer will not take advantage of you or your resources. He has something that most attorneys lack, humility and his integrity precedes him.

The best things in life come from the worst.

I believe, anytime someone is in need of an attorney, nine times out of ten your situation is not going to be a good one. I don’t really know anyone who was ever excited to go to a lawyer’s office. That being said, I must say, Scott Palmer and his team are extraordinary. Scott and his associate ...J.R. Fletcher handled my case with extreme professionalism while maintaining a comforting and positive outlook. I am confident that with my case we reached the absolute best outcome for myself and my family all due to Scott’s hard work, honesty, and dedication to his profession. He made me feel as if I was always his number one priority regardless of his case load. I know not a single call or email went unanswered. His attention to every fine detail, resilience to obstacles that seem impossible, and his ability to be encouraging no matter how discouraging a case can become has won my lifelong loyalty. I could write pages upon pages about my wonderful experience with Scott Palmer’s firm. However, for time’s sake I will put it simply for you. Nine times out of ten, you will not want to ever have to use an attorney. Nine times out of ten, you will be in some sort of pain and wish it could all just disappear. If you are reading this, and you are looking for an attorney, Scott Palmer will prove to be the one time out of that ten you are grateful to have one.

Top Notch Attorney....Can I give six stars???

He is just a great attorney all around!! He has moral integrity and does what he says and delivers!! He will fight to get you a fair deal you will be happy with. His office staff especially Brittany will always let you know whats going on if Scott in unavailable never any run around or unanswered qu...estions. Which is what you need when you are in stressful legal situations. It helps that he is chummy with everyone at the court house never a bad thing :)

Not a better lawyer or person around

Scott pulled me through the most difficult time I have ever experienced. He was very honest and direct with me and extremely responsive. There is a reason he is one of the top attorneys in Dallas. He has an incredible ability to keep things in perspective. His confidence is contagious and he is a...ble to keep both clients and families at ease during very difficult times. He is a man with strong values without being judgmental in any way. He stayed in touch with me throughout the trial and well after. There is not a better lawyer in Dallas, his colleagues will tell you the same thing. Scott deserves every bit of recognition he receives. There is no better mix of confidence, humility, and generosity. You will not find a better lawyer or person than Scott Palmer.
