When You Need the Best

Our daughter found herself in the wrong place at the wrong time. Instead of offering her a standard out, Mr. Palmer actually reviewed her case and fought for her. He got the case dismissed because he took the time to listen, review the facts and utilize his understanding of the law.. You want him on ...your side.

The absolute best!

Scott Palmer was the best lawyer decision I've ever made. I was sent to jail on a one million dollar bond and the moment I called Scott he immediately put in so much work to help my case, Scott also reassured me that everything would be okay and made me feel completely at ease during such a difficult... time. Scott was able to lower my bond to 50,000$ and personally got me out of jail within a day of that new bond, within a few short weeks my case went in front of the grand jury and was decided no billed. I would highly recommend Scott to any and everyone in need of legal help. You wont be disappointed, id give 100 stars if i could. He is the absolute best!

DUI

I hired Scott Palmer after researching the DUI lawyers for DFW area. I caint say enough about my first meeting with Scott and his staff. Right then I knew god had me in the right place and the right time. I had a DUI case that looked impossible to most to beat even with my clean record and no past... criminal history. Being a Navy Veteran I was in awe of the professionalism, courtesy amd willingness to work with my wife and I throughout the entire process. Scott and his team were always honest, upfront and forthcoming with all possible outcomes, scenerios and steps through my 2+ year case. We won my case this year 2016 after a 2 year and 3 month delay. I highly recommend Scott and his team. What exceptional service and caring individuals they are. I could go on and on, but I will leave with this. Don't hesitate, hire Scott Palmer, it's the right thing to do.

If you need a Great attorney......

I retained Scott Palmer to represent my granddaughter on multiple charges involving drugs and probation violation. In our first meeting, he was honest and forthcoming with what we should expect and what he could do for us. My granddaughter actually came through the process with better results than ...I had expected. Mr. Palmer and his staff are highly qualified and have their client's best interest always in mind. He answers calls and emails quickly, and doesn't leave you wondering what is happening with your case. I recommend him highly.

Top Notch Attorney....Can I give six stars???

He is just a great attorney all around!! He has moral integrity and does what he says and delivers!! He will fight to get you a fair deal you will be happy with. His office staff especially Brittany will always let you know whats going on if Scott in unavailable never any run around or unanswered qu...estions. Which is what you need when you are in stressful legal situations. It helps that he is chummy with everyone at the court house never a bad thing :)
