Outstanding!

Scott Palmer was absolutely excellent! As soon as we contacted him he was of immense help and support, he went to visit the my boyfriend the very next morning by 8am (and it was a Sunday morning) and we hired him that same day. He is extremely professional, caring, experienced, and a true fighter for... his clients. He did everything in his power to help us until the very last step. We were facing a sentence of a minimum of 10 years (possibly much more) and with Scott we were able to reduce that to a maximum of five years. Not only that, he filed a motion, fought for us in court and was able to get my boyfriend released and under home arrest all in just two weeks. His office staff and multiple attorneys at his law firm are all very welcoming and helpful as well. He is truly they best lawyer anyone can find. I cannot recommend him enough!

Attorney Angel

A savior! The most respected, genius attorney! Mr. Palmer raises the bar for anyone who has worked with the law. I was arrested for DWI and the blood sample that was court ordered showed positive for drugs (meth). I originally hired a different lawyer who laughed at any idea besides to plea. Mr. Palm...er and his counterpart (the lovely, highly intelligent Rebekah Perlstein) took my case to a jury trial and saved my life by winning me a not guilty verdict. Watching them in court was like watching a movie. They were like olympians of the courtroom. They are just that good. Just knowing about them gives you an edge.

Mr. Palmer will work hard for you.

Mr. Palmer and his team will work hard for you. Everyone on his team treats you like you are their only client. He was very professional and made me feel like everything was going to turn out just fine. He did just they. They worked hard to get me the best deal possible. He wouldn't take no for answe...r and that very much made me happy to hire him. If you need someone that will treat you right, and make you feel at ease with his professionalism I would go with Scott H. Palmer and his firm. They are absolutely amazing.

The best things in life come from the worst.

I believe, anytime someone is in need of an attorney, nine times out of ten your situation is not going to be a good one. I don’t really know anyone who was ever excited to go to a lawyer’s office. That being said, I must say, Scott Palmer and his team are extraordinary. Scott and his associate ...J.R. Fletcher handled my case with extreme professionalism while maintaining a comforting and positive outlook. I am confident that with my case we reached the absolute best outcome for myself and my family all due to Scott’s hard work, honesty, and dedication to his profession. He made me feel as if I was always his number one priority regardless of his case load. I know not a single call or email went unanswered. His attention to every fine detail, resilience to obstacles that seem impossible, and his ability to be encouraging no matter how discouraging a case can become has won my lifelong loyalty. I could write pages upon pages about my wonderful experience with Scott Palmer’s firm. However, for time’s sake I will put it simply for you. Nine times out of ten, you will not want to ever have to use an attorney. Nine times out of ten, you will be in some sort of pain and wish it could all just disappear. A True Blessing!

Rebekah Perlstein and Scott Palmer were truly a blessing to me when I was arrested for a DWI with a child under the age of 15 in the car which carries a felony charge and mandatory jail time. Both Rebekah and Scott realized that there were extenuating circumstances in my case and went above and beyo...nd what any other attorneys would have for me and my children. You see I am a single mother of two and there was no way that I could serve any jail time. I also hold degrees and certifications in fields where a felony would have destroyed any possibility for my ability to provide for my children. Both Rebekah and Scott were there for be in the very beginning all the way to the end of my case holding my hand and protecting me through the entire process. Never having been in trouble my entire life, I was terrified for myself and how it would affect my children. I had their emails, work phone numbers, and cell phone numbers that were given to me directly from them, and trust me I used them. They were there for me no matter the time of day or night and responded immediately. With their constant reassurance and straight forward approach that they have with their clients, I knew I would be ok. When all was said and done, we reached a plea agreement of a Class B Misdemeanor – with 2 year probation, fines, and a few classes my case was closed. I would highly recommend either Rebekah and/or Scott to anyone that is facing an uphill battle, need someone to fight and protect your rights, and need a “friend” that will be by your side through the process no matter who you are.
