I was arrested for my second DUI in 10 years which I was told would be a felony. Mr Smith was able to reduce it to a misdemeanor and managed to get me a deferred sentence. He also won my drivers license case and avoided any suspension. As far as I understand I will be able to get my record cleared in... the near future.
