Second DUI Deferred sentence

This was my second DUI in under 10 years which was a possible felony. Zach was very helpful throughout the whole process. Zach was able to reduce it to a misdemeanor and got me a deferred sentence. He even won my drivers license case. I will be able to clear this from my record in the near future.

Felt Taken Care of

Through every step of the process I was told I had the best lawyer, he made a very scary situation into a not-so-scary one, and I felt comfortable letting him take care of things. He was always timely in response and was great help to me.

DUI Case

Zach Smith was my lawyer on a DUI case. I was not convicted of DUI (got a deferred sentence) and He won my drivers license hearing so I was able to keep my license and avoid a breathalyzer. Good job.

Incredibly Grateful to Mr Smith

I was arrested for my second DUI in 10 years which I was told would be a felony. Mr Smith was able to reduce it to a misdemeanor and managed to get me a deferred sentence. He also won my drivers license case and avoided any suspension. As far as I understand I will be able to get my record cleared in... the near future. With how bad things looked going into this situation, I'm actually amazed by how much he was able to do for me. Worth every penny.

Painless!

Zach Smith was awesome. I got charged with an APC, I got to keep my drivers license and only have to pay fines. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and made the scary process a lot easier. I would highly recommend him!
