Zach Smith is a lawyer that you can trust. That in itself is saying a lot. I was referred to Zach from a friend and I am so thankful. I only had 1 meeting with him and he was calm, collected, and honest about my case and the results to expect. I will have to say I was skeptical at first, but he did e...xactly what he told me he was going to do. My entire case was thrown out of court (dismissed). I didn't even have to see a judge. Zach spared me any further embarrassment. He was kind and confident. eacb time I spoke with Zach, he reassured me that everything would be fine. I hope that I never have to call a lawyer again, but if I do, it will be Zach Smith every time!! I recommend him to any and all who find themselves in the unfortunate circumstances of a DUI.

Seriously the absolute only lawyer you should even consider if you find yourself in these circumstances. He knows what he's doing, he's confident, straightforward and honest. He never promised me anything he knew he couldn't deliver. Losing my license wasn't an option for me since that is how I make ...my living. I just did exactly as he told me to do, in a timely manner and I kept my license. My case came out better than I ever even hoped for. His fees are very reasonable and you're going to pay that or more any place else, might as well choose the best!! Last August, I received a DUI in Norman, OK right by the campus where they tend to get a LOT of DUIs. I contacted Zach Smith, and right away he explaining to me what all I needed to do to make the process go better and stayed in touch. He traveled to Norman from Tulsa in the day of my appearance, and... had worked out a deal where I got basically the least amount of trouble they could get you in. Just recently, he was able to make sure DPS wouldn't suspend or revoke my license, which is of course the biggest part of it. Didn't do any jail or lose my rights to drive, Zach did a great job, and I would def recomended him!
