Bar None he is the best attorney for a pardon in the state. He is honest hardworking and will not give up. The first time in front of the board in March 2016 was a 1-3 vote against my case. The second time in front of the board in February 2018 was a unanimous decision in favor of a pardon, I cannot ...thank Michael and Nidia and the whole staff enough for everything. They will forever have my deepest gratitude. Would not recommend any other attorney. You will not regret hiring him.

If you are wanting to file for a pardon Michael Risley is the attorney you want to hire. The application that has to be filled out and filed is overwhelming, you want Michael and his staff doing this for you. I knew going in after my consult I had a 50/50 chance because of an old case (over 20 year...s old) that was considered violent. I am happy to report I received my pardon!!!

I have worked with a few lawyers in my past, never anyone as awesome and hardworking as Mr. Risley. I contacted him for deregistration back in 2014, it's been a hectic and stressful 3 years, but as of today I have won my case.
