State Dismisses Case: 5 Counts of Sexual Battery Allegations

“. . . Therefore, the state dismisses all counts (counts 1 through 5) of this indictment . . . this court is adjourned.” These are the words I heard just yesterday morning spoken by a district judge presiding over my case. SO registry removal

A fantastic attorney, who talks to you like a person. I knew within 5 minutes of talking to adam that I made the correct choice. Adam was able to meet me even with my hectic schedule. And was very responsive to my emails AMD calls. Rather it was on the weekend or holiday. He was always available. T...hen within 3 months, during the Coronavirus shut down he was able to get my case handled AMD off the sex offender registry, where I can get my life back. He is a grade A attorney. And highly recommend. Will be using him in the future.
