Adam Banner's stellar ratings are well deserved.

Adam Banner currently has a 5 star rating on this site and is a 10/10 Avvo rated PRO. This is not an accident- he really is that good. In March 2015, I was charged with a felony offense. While searching for a lawyer, I consulted Avvo.com and decided to consult Mr. Banner after seeing his high rati...ngs and ranking. Deciding to meet with him was a decision that saved my life and reputation. I met with him, explained the circumstances surrounding the charge and Adam gave me some information and strategy tips that proved to be invaluable as the case progressed. The fact that he was willing to give me these powerful tools before I retained his services made it clear that he was the real deal and I retained his services the same day. Over the next several months, Adam and I worked together to engineer the outcome I needed. When I say we worked together- I do mean that we worked TOGETHER. We met and discussed several times and crafted a full spectrum defense strategy that would give us the greatest chance of having the case dismissed. Adam was always willing to listen to any ideas or concerns I had and took the time to explain what was going on; allayed any fears I had; and informed me about what the key players on the side of the Prosecution were doing and how to counter the moves they were making. We always met before a key junction in the case came up in order to rehash or modify our strategy as needed and make sure that the next step to take would be the best one. With Adam's help, the case against me was dismissed without me having to plead guilty to any other modified charges. This outcome was possible because of Adam's willingness to work with me to design and launch a very aggressive defense. If you are reading this and you or someone you care about needs the services of a tried, tested and trusted criminal defense attorney, I encourage you to meet with Adam Banner. I took that step and I never once had any reason to doubt that retaining Mr. Banner was the right call. I learned through this process that there are many different areas outside the courtroom that can be used to gain additional leverage against the prosecution, and being willing to work these angles was absolutely critical to securing a dismissal of the charge. Excellent

I decided to use the Law Offices of Adam Banner just by chance. I had a legal issue in Oklahoma but I had relocated to another state and was unable to travel back. I took a huge risk because I had neither prior experience nor knowledge of this law office. I am so grateful I took the risk because it p...aid off. When I contacted Adam initially for the free case review he answered my questions and he did not rush me off the phone. He took his time and explained all the options that were available to me. Excellent Lawyer

Adam Banner is an outstanding lawyer and a wonderful person! My husband has had a warrant out for his arrest since 2006. This has been weighing heavily on him and me for many years. It was finally time to do something about this so we contacted Adam Banner. We took our chances on this man because... we really had no idea who to call. I must say this was the best call we ever made in our lives. Adam Banner was very knowledgeable and prompt in handling our legal issues. Due to his expertise he was able to have our case dismissed and all changes dropped! Words cannot express the gratitude my husband and I have for this man. I highly recommend him for your legal troubles. He is truly amazing.

The best criminal attorney in Oklahoma that I have had the pleasure of knowing,

The defense that Adam Banner did for me and my family was awesome! I considered him and his assistant Natalie Christie and her assistant Claire my “DREAM TEAM”. I was dealing with a criminal case that had been going on for 2 years. My first attorney was kicking me to the curb, throwing me to the w...olves and did not communicate with me at all. Naturally I fired him. Adam was my second attorney. He always explained what he was doing and going to do, answered any and all questions I had, and even listened to ideas that I had. He even used some of my ideas in my defense (which is rare for any attorney). He defended me against the 7th largest corporation in the US and he kicked their behinds. My family and I are forever grateful for all that he did. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, dedicated, hardworking attorney. I definitely consider him the “Wyatt Earp” of criminal attorneys.

Great Lawyer

Adam did an excellent job in my case. I had an original recommendation of 10 years in jail and being 24 that scared me. Adam came in to save the day though. He was able to help me through this very difficult year with answers to all the emails I sent regarding my case. He gave me a mitigation plan an...d I did my best to follow this to the tee and he was able to get my sentenced reduced down to a 10 year deferred sentence. Adam has been so great and I am beyond thankful that he was able to be my lawyer I couldn't imagine a better man for the job. He not only walked me through the legal process but spent time on the phone and in person getting to know me and my family, this is truly remarkable because I never once saw another lawyer sit down and just talk to his client in this manner. He made me feel like a human not a criminal and even made me feel as though I had a say in my future never once pressured me into something that I didn't feel comfortable with or that I felt was wrong. He will always explain every step to you and will make you as comfortable as possible. All in all HE IS A GREAT LAWYER! I would recommend him to anyone that is need and wants the best lawyer.
