Adam Banner currently has a 5 star rating on this site and is a 10/10 Avvo rated PRO. This is not an accident- he really is that good. In March 2015, I was charged with a felony offense. While searching for a lawyer, I consulted Avvo.com and decided to consult Mr. Banner after seeing his high rati...ngs and ranking. Deciding to meet with him was a decision that saved my life and reputation. I met with him, explained the circumstances surrounding the charge and Adam gave me some information and strategy tips that proved to be invaluable as the case progressed. The fact that he was willing to give me these powerful tools before I retained his services made it clear that he was the real deal and I retained his services the same day. Over the next several months, Adam and I worked together to engineer the outcome I needed. When I say we worked together- I do mean that we worked TOGETHER. We met and discussed several times and crafted a full spectrum defense strategy that would give us the greatest chance of having the case dismissed. Adam was always willing to listen to any ideas or concerns I had and took the time to explain what was going on; allayed any fears I had; and informed me about what the key players on the side of the Prosecution were doing and how to counter the moves they were making. We always met before a key junction in the case came up in order to rehash or modify our strategy as needed and make sure that the next step to take would be the best one. With Adam's help, the case against me was dismissed without me having to plead guilty to any other modified charges. This outcome was possible because of Adam's willingness to work with me to design and launch a very aggressive defense. If you are reading this and you or someone you care about needs the services of a tried, tested and trusted criminal defense attorney, I encourage you to meet with Adam Banner. I took that step and I never once had any reason to doubt that retaining Mr. Banner was the right call. Excellent Lawyer

Adam Banner is an outstanding lawyer and a wonderful person! My husband has had a warrant out for his arrest since 2006. This has been weighing heavily on him and me for many years. It was finally time to do something about this so we contacted Adam Banner. We took our chances on this man because... we really had no idea who to call. I must say this was the best call we ever made in our lives. Adam Banner was very knowledgeable and prompt in handling our legal issues. Due to his expertise he was able to have our case dismissed and all changes dropped! Words cannot express the gratitude my husband and I have for this man. I highly recommend him for your legal troubles. He is truly amazing.

I will always keep Adam Banner's number within reach! He's that good!

I loved Adam Banner's work! He's very dedicated to his clients. He ALWAYS kept in contact with me and was very easy to talk to. This was a big deal to me since the other attorneys I've had in my past never returned phone calls, were kind of scary to talk to, and threw me under the bus! He listened to... all my concerns and helped me to win my case! I will definitely refer him to my friends and family if they ever have the need for an attorney and I would definitely use him again. I thank him for everything he did for me. He's absolutely wonderful!

Mr. Adam Banner - Best Criminal Defense Attorney In The State of Oklahoma !!!!!

Shortly after my 20 year old daughter was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny, we began receiving countless letters from area attorneys, offering their services for her case. We then furthered our search for the best attorney by researching the many web sites advertised and also researching the u...nsolicited list of attorneys in Oklahoma, which is where we found Mr. Adam Banner. After reviewing many profiles, we then selected three attorneys to contact for personal interviews, after which it became very clear that Mr. Banner would be our best bet. After selecting Mr. Banner we had a very thorough open and honest discussion concerning the details of her felony charges. Following the initial conference, Mr. Banner was confident in what he believed he would be able to negotiate with the Assistant District Attorney in this case. He then developed a detailed strategy that included things that my daughter would need to do to support her own case as well as the several other milestones that he would accomplish in the timeline. The court proceedings unfolded identically to what Mr. Banner forecasted that he could accomplish as the outcome. The Grand Larceny charges were ultimately reduced to a misdemeanor and included an agreement with the Assistant District Attorney to completely expunge the record after the completion of a reduced probationary period. After observing the proceedings in the court room, it was clear that Mr. Banner is very well respected by the other Attorneys, the Judges and the Assistant District Attorneys. He handled himself very professionally in every facet of our case, knows his way around the courtroom process very well and was easy to communicate with. He listens intently, keeps his clients updated, makes himself available to answer any questions, is very pleasant to work with and makes you feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. Mr. Banner has also earned himself a very good rapport with the DA's office. If you are needing a Criminal Defense Attorney, please give strong consideration to Mr. Adam Banner, my daughter and I both highly recommend him. Our many hours of research for the right Attorney paid off much better than we expected. We honestly could not have been more pleased with Adam Banner as our attorney, his skills, his personality and the outcome of her case.
