Definitely Oklahoma’s Top Lawyer!

If I could give Adam Banner more than 5 stars I would. The moment that I called him in 2015, I knew right away that he was the right person to represent my son. He gave my son a list of things to do to help his case. Adam Banner replied to every email that I sent to him and answered all my questions ...no matter how many times I asked the same questions. He even talked to my son when he thought my son was not doing enough to get the best possible outcome. We are pleased with the outcome of the case. Excellent Lawyer! Highly Recommended! Adam is the best criminal defense attorney in Oklahoma, guaranteed! I contacted Adam Banner and his law office after I got into a little jam. I was charge with a minor misdemeanor. I had never been in trouble before so I was scared of the outcome and scared for my future, on top of not knowing what w...as going on and how to go about it. When I first spoke to Adam’s staff they were super friendly and helpful. I then talked to Adam himself, Adam was super helpful and he answered all of my questions no matter how difficult, on top of all of this Adam was very personable and easy to talk to. After talking with Adam I felt very confident in trusting Adam with the outcome of my court case and my future so asked him to be my attorney. Adam assured me that everything was going to be okay and just live my life normally. I have learned that whatever Adam tells you to do, you do it and then you do some more as everything Adam asks you to do will not go to waste as he will use everything he has to work out the best deal for you. In fact with my particular case Adam was able to get me a deal with the prosecutor that was extremely out of the ordinary because he used the things I gave him and the things he asked me to do to his advantage. Even the judge had moments of Freudian slips when he was reading over the deal as it was very unusual. I did research on who was the best criminal defense attorney in Oklahoma and Adam’s background and success record won me over. I have no regrets asking Adam to represent me and anyone reading this will not regret it either. Adam is truly a caring and hard working attorney that has your best interest at heart. Adam is a REAL lawyer and he WILL fight for you to the best of his abilities, unlike some lawyers who say they will defend you but then only give minimum effort. You will not regret consulting Adam. I never expect to be in trouble again so this may be my only time I get to work with Adam but I will not hesitate from recommending him to friends and family if the need arises. Adam Banner currently has a 5 star rating on this site and is a 10/10 Avvo rated PRO. This is not an accident- he really is that good. In March 2015, I was charged with a felony offense. While searching for a lawyer, I consulted Avvo.com and decided to consult Mr. Banner after seeing his high rati...ngs and ranking. Deciding to meet with him was a decision that saved my life and reputation. I met with him, explained the circumstances surrounding the charge and Adam gave me some information and strategy tips that proved to be invaluable as the case progressed. The fact that he was willing to give me these powerful tools before I retained his services made it clear that he was the real deal and I retained his services the same day. Over the next several months, Adam and I worked together to engineer the outcome I needed. When I say we worked together- I do mean that we worked TOGETHER. We met and discussed several times and crafted a full spectrum defense strategy that would give us the greatest chance of having the case dismissed. Adam was always willing to listen to any ideas or concerns I had and took the time to explain what was going on; allayed any fears I had; and informed me about what the key players on the side of the Prosecution were doing and how to counter the moves they were making. We always met before a key junction in the case came up in order to rehash or modify our strategy as needed and make sure that the next step to take would be the best one. With Adam's help, the case against me was dismissed without me having to plead guilty to any other modified charges. This outcome was possible because of Adam's willingness to work with me to design and launch a very aggressive defense. I decided to use the Law Offices of Adam Banner just by chance. I had a legal issue in Oklahoma but I had relocated to another state and was unable to travel back. I took a huge risk because I had neither prior experience nor knowledge of this law office. I am so grateful I took the risk because it p...aid off.
