The best criminal attorney in Oklahoma that I have had the pleasure of knowing,

The defense that Adam Banner did for me and my family was awesome! I considered him and his assistant Natalie Christie and her assistant Claire my “DREAM TEAM”. I was dealing with a criminal case that had been going on for 2 years. My first attorney was kicking me to the curb, throwing me to the w...olves and did not communicate with me at all. Naturally I fired him. Adam was my second attorney. He always explained what he was doing and going to do, answered any and all questions I had, and even listened to ideas that I had. He even used some of my ideas in my defense (which is rare for any attorney). He defended me against the 7th largest corporation in the US and he kicked their behinds. My family and I are forever grateful for all that he did. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, dedicated, hardworking attorney. I definitely consider him the “Wyatt Earp” of criminal attorneys.

Great Lawyer

Adam did an excellent job in my case. I had an original recommendation of 10 years in jail and being 24 that scared me. Adam came in to save the day though. He was able to help me through this very difficult year with answers to all the emails I sent regarding my case. He gave me a mitigation plan an...d I did my best to follow this to the tee and he was able to get my sentenced reduced down to a 10 year deferred sentence. Adam has been so great and I am beyond thankful that he was able to be my lawyer I couldn't imagine a better man for the job. He not only walked me through the legal process but spent time on the phone and in person getting to know me and my family, this is truly remarkable because I never once saw another lawyer sit down and just talk to his client in this manner. He made me feel like a human not a criminal and even made me feel as though I had a say in my future never once pressured me into something that I didn't feel comfortable with or that I felt was wrong. He will always explain every step to you and will make you as comfortable as possible. All in all HE IS A GREAT LAWYER! I would recommend him to anyone that is need and wants the best lawyer.

I will always keep Adam Banner's number within reach! He's that good!

I loved Adam Banner's work! He's very dedicated to his clients. He ALWAYS kept in contact with me and was very easy to talk to. This was a big deal to me since the other attorneys I've had in my past never returned phone calls, were kind of scary to talk to, and threw me under the bus! He listened to... all my concerns and helped me to win my case! I will definitely refer him to my friends and family if they ever have the need for an attorney and I would definitely use him again. I thank him for everything he did for me. He's absolutely wonderful!

Mr. Adam Banner - Best Criminal Defense Attorney In The State of Oklahoma !!!!!

Shortly after my 20 year old daughter was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny, we began receiving countless letters from area attorneys, offering their services for her case. We then furthered our search for the best attorney by researching the many web sites advertised and also researching the u...nsolicited list of attorneys in Oklahoma, which is where we found Mr. Adam Banner. After reviewing many profiles, we then selected three attorneys to contact for personal interviews, after which it became very clear that Mr. Banner would be our best bet. After selecting Mr. Banner we had a very thorough open and honest discussion concerning the details of her felony charges. Following the initial conference, Mr. Banner was confident in what he believed he would be able to negotiate with the Assistant District Attorney in this case. He then developed a detailed strategy that included things that my daughter would need to do to support her own case as well as the several other milestones that he would accomplish in the timeline. The court proceedings unfolded identically to what Mr. Banner forecasted that he could accomplish as the outcome. The Grand Larceny charges were ultimately reduced to a misdemeanor and included an agreement with the Assistant District Attorney to completely expunge the record after the completion of a reduced probationary period. After observing the proceedings in the court room, it was clear that Mr. Banner is very well respected by the other Attorneys, the Judges and the Assistant District Attorneys. He handled himself very professionally in every facet of our case, knows his way around the courtroom process very well and was easy to communicate with. He listens intently, keeps his clients updated, makes himself available to answer any questions, is very pleasant to work with and makes you feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. Mr. Banner has also earned himself a very good rapport with the DA's office. If you are needing a Criminal Defense Attorney, please give strong consideration to Mr. Adam Banner, my daughter and I both highly recommend him. Our many hours of research for the right Attorney paid off much better than we expected. We honestly could not have been more pleased with Adam Banner as our attorney, his skills, his personality and the outcome of her case.

A truly honest lawyer!!

I had a matter from several years ago I recently became aware of. I contacted Mr. Banner to help me resolve the matter. He was very upfront and honest about what to expect and was very open about where things stood. In the end he exceeded all of my expectations and was actually able to get the entir...e thing dismissed. I am absolutely thankful for Mr. Banner and highly recommend his services to anyone in need of an honest attorney who works diligently on his clients behalf to resolve matters expediently.
