I am extremely happy that Mr. Brooks was advocating for my son's best interest during our medical malpractice lawsuit. He was always available to speak to us whenever we had any question or concern. He is a highly intelligent and so knowledgeable in his profession. We felt very comfortable and confident with him being our son's attorney. An incredible human being.

Gary and Ann Brooks took on our case for medical malpractice and we were satisfied from the first visit with them through the last. They explained the experience and what to expect including timing and costs (there were no costs to us without a win). Tina, the office manager, Gary and Ann were very professional all the way through. Since this was our first time to do anything like this, they explained everything as we went and prepared us for the deposition and eventual trial. This is a stressful thing to go through and they helped ease that stress. I have and would recommend their services to friends.

I was considering initiating a case against a local hospital for medical negligence in the death of my husband when I contacted Mr. Brooks. He met with me and together we decided that my case would be difficult to prove. Mr. Brooks took the time to actually meet with me when others simply dismissed my request by sending me the form letter to inform me that they wouldn't be taking my case. I believe he gave the information I presented him ample consideration. He expressed sincere condolences and presented me with other options in a very kind way considering my still "raw" emotional state. Thank-you, Gary, for your time and your kindness & consideration for everything I had already been through. S

Gary was so helpful with my son's case. He worked hard for almost 12 years before the other side finally settled out of court. He is currently helping settle my son's estate & is getting it done quickly. I would recommend Gary to anyone needing legal assistance for malpractice.
