John Martino did an excellent job defending my cases. I had extremely hard Judge that I was on probation with in Queen Anne's County from a previous case where I DID NOT USE John Martino. I accrued a whopping 4 violations of probation and was released on my own recognize or bail each time. I had thre...e driving on suspended's in Anne Arurndel and Baltimore County as well as a CDS: Not marijuana charge in Baltimore City. Mr. Martino never assured me that I was not going to jail but he did promise to his best to defend me and he did. I beat all 4 of my criminal cases and avoided jail completely. I also still have a valid driver's license with 28 active points on my record after taking Mr. Martino to an MVA hearing with me.
