Mr. Reynolds knows DWI law, period. If it’s your first time hiring an attorney, Paul Reynolds is someone you can trust. He’s honest about your chances of winning, what you’re up against, and is very clear about his plan of action. DWI cases are hard to win and not many get thrown out. Paul took the evidence and used it perfectly to win our case. A big win too! Refusal to submit to a BOC test - Not Guilty, DWI - Not Guilty, Suspended drivers license - Not Guilty, No proof of insurance - Not Guilty. Enough said.
Thanks again Paul!
Paul is a fantastic dwi lawyer, I could immediately tell he was very well educated and versed in dwi law. He handled my case flawlessly. Saved me from losing my license and a lot of jail time over an arrest that should have never happened. Highly recommended!
Paul has successfully defended numerous DWI cases and has been trained to perform the same Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs) as the police and has also been trained on the operation of the Intoximeter EC/IR II (blood alcohol content) breath testing machine. Paul regularly represents new restaurants, bars, and retail establishments before the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Commission when applying for new ABC permits and issues related to permit renewals and violations.
Paul has served as a prosecuting attorney, public defender, and as private defense counsel for 14 plus years with extensive experience and success in pre-trial suppression issues and actual criminal trials.

Very helpful in navigating the waters!
Paul was very consultative and helpful throughout the entire process, and did a great job of explaining every step, what it meant, and how I needed to respond. Working with Paul took a lot of the stress out of the situation and I was always confident that everything would be taken care of and that I was in good hands.

DUI savior.
I worked with Paul in 2014. I had an overdo court date (by a year). Within the week, he got me rescheduled and got me an awesome plea deal. I paid a fourth of my original fines, and got 2 charges dropped. He's easy to work with, emails back quickly, and works with payment plans.
He is extremely knowledgable.

Couldn't be happier
We are so happy we hired Paul to do my husbands case. Paul got my husbands license back within a matter of a few days after he had received his dwi and all charges were dropped except a careless driving ticket because he had a wreck and nothing went on his record. I highly recommend hiring him.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Paul represented me after I received a DWI charge. He was extremely helpful to me and due to his expertise I was found not guilty. Without Paul I would be facing fines and likely jail time/community service. I highly recommend Paul if you are in need of an experienced DWI attorney!

Your New Year Will Be Good!
Mr. Reynolds made, what seemed to be the end of the world to me, a very good, learning experience. He minimized stress throughout the whole fiasco, from pullover after two beers (really!) to court for DWI and multiple traffic violations. He worked with prosecutor to remove traffic violations and minimized all damage to my driving record, flawless until DWI. While I was guilty of DWI #1, with his referrals I have accepted and learned that even two beers can change the course of your life. Do not drink ONE beer and drive ONE time or you will learn the hard way, too. Thank you Paul!!

Highly Recommend!
After my son was arrested on DWI charges, I found Paul's name online and gave him a call one early Sunday morning. He responded quickly by phone and answered all of our immediate questions. I was quite impressed from the onset and we hired Paul as our attorney. Throughout the next few weeks and months, Paul was thorough, responsive, and provided us sound advice. Ultimately, the case was dismissed and there is no doubt in our minds that the end result is directly tied to Paul's knowledge of the law and his skill as an attorney!

Great DWI attorney
Paul did a fantastic job handling my son's DWI case. Simply put, all charges were dropped and we owe it all to Paul. He walked us through the entire process beforehand so we would know what to expect and he did a great job keeping us informed throughout the process.

Excellent DWI Defense
Paul won my DWI by convincing the prosecutor to stipulate that there was not sufficient proof because the officer did such a bad job administering the field sobriety tests.

Is This Something I Should Do? YES!
Let me start by saying pop up ads do SUCK! But the one that I needed saved me thousands. I recently retained the services of Paul Reynolds that began as a pop up on the internet. After calling several attorneys with little satisfaction in what exactly they could do for me I was certain of one thing they could all cash a check that i couldn't write. I honestly had retainer request from one to ten thousand dollars for respresentation and did not feel any level of comfort with any. Mr. Reynolds ask me to let him look at my situation and then we would talk. The next phone call produced more answers and possible solutions that not one had even mentioned in earlier attempts to help me and my situation. I was overwhelmed with what should i do until the choices and possible outcomes were explained to me by Mr. Reynolds. His fee, thousands less than some but affordable for myself and a level of comfort with my choices and his recommendations as we moved forward to resolve my situation. Thank You Paul Reynolds and that otherwise annoying pop up that started resolve to a unfortunated situation i found myself in.

Paul is the man!
When we walked in front of the Springdale judge the prosecutor told him that she would concede the case since she was sure that "if Mr. Reynolds tried the case the judge would find me not guilty."
Before I hired Paul, I tried to represent myself. The offer was 10 days in jail and $1000 fine. Best decision I ever made.

Very Good
I would recommend Paul to anyone who runs into this type of legal situation. He was very helpful and honest throughout the entire process. He explained the potential pitfalls and consequences up front and throughout the process. He recommended I plead not guilty based on proir experiences and knowledge of the local court system and the people involved. Paul's knowledge and experience in these types of cases was exceptional in my opinion and it was evident right after meeting him. I had full confidence in his recommendations.
My case was dismissed before it went to trial, which I could not be more thankful for. I was still fined for the broken head light, but a small price to pay compared to the alternative.

"Paul Reynolds is extremely adept in DUI/DWI defense. These cases often involve understanding of the science behind DUI/DWI testing. Mr. Reynolds has the experience and training to take these cases on and get results for his clients."
Criminal defense Attorney | Jul 23
Relationship: Worked together on matter
"Paul is an excellent criminal defense lawyer, especially in DWIs. He is one of the few in the state that has completed the field sobriety test training and is the best in officer cross-examination. I sent one of my judges to Paul in regards to his college student son's DWI and the result was outstanding. Since then I send my volume SS/WC clients in NWA to Paul for criminal as well as small business litigation and he has always made me look good to my clients. The comments have consistently been that Paul always calls them back, takes time with them during office consults, and is not afraid to try a case. Since the type cases I handle can go on for years, several times I have been prepping existing clients for court and they would make a point to sincerely thank me for having gotten them to Paul Reynolds who had won their case or resolved their business problem in the interim. Bottom line -- Paul makes me look good to my clients when I refer them."
