If you want an attorney that is totally honest, extremely knowledgeable, constantly in touch with the client and will never promise what he cannot deliver, Drew is the man you want. When he told me he would do something, he did. When he said he would call or contact me, he did. I have had attorney...s for personal matters in the past, but I have never experienced the expertise and attentive, honest communication that Drew provided. He is extremely educated in his field...yet he is humble and sincere. His compassion and empathy is generous. He gave me such a feeling of security during a stressful time, but never gave me false hope or flamboyant rhetoric....just the plain honest truth. He did not avoid contact with me, as I have experienced in the past with other attorneys....I always found direct communication when promised or needed. My case came to a successful conclusion. I cannot say I escaped without some negative consequences, but he worked diligently on my behalf to bring me the most positive results possible. It was also done without delay and long personal apprehension. I had a criminal case that was very bleak, and today I am paying my debt to society in a far more fair manner than I had ever hoped. I would have given Drew 5 stars but I felt like I wasnt informed enough since it was my first time to obtain a lawyer. I really liked his attitude and he' a pretty down to earth kind of person. I felt like I had to contact him in order to find out more information. I know lawyers can be pretty exp...ensive so therefore, should do a great job on fulfilling their clients with security or assurance that they arein good hands. In the end, I was pretty pleased and happy that he was able to help me out in reducing and eliminating some of my charges. I didn't even have to show up in court! Thank god, and thanks to Drew.

I had a simple bankruptcy. Drew included my car in the bankruptcy dispite numerous requests to keep in outside of the bankruptcy process. Apparently he was too busy tending to bigger cases as he went ahead and included my car in the bankruptcy process. 3 years later I am still fighting with creditors... to correct this. Drew's response: "Well you can always sue me!" Great attitude from a total hack!

I was arrested for delivery of a controlled substance in benton county arkansas. When I bailed out of jail I had no idea what to do in order to deal with a class y felony charge. I didnt even know any details about my charges. When I called to speak with Drew his office staff was very nice and I was ...able to speak with him within minutes. He told me I could come to his office in Fayetteville and we would sit down and figure this out. I was scared to death about the entire situation until my meeting with Drew. He calmed me down and presented me with the facts about my case. He gave me a print out of my probable cause affidavit so that I could read the details for myself. He answered all my questions honestly and knowledgably. I wasnt out of trouble yet but he made me feel alot better about my situation because I was able to stop wondering about the facts. Drew had a gameplan for my case from the very start and he told me exactly what we could do to make sure I recieved the least punishment possible. There was no way that we could take my case to trial because I was guilty of the charges and the state's evidence was way too strong. Although he did give me the option I knew that his advice to try for another path was the right way to go. He gave me several options and told me which would help me the most. Drew walked me through the process step by step. He was there for me and took care of things when I had to miss court for work on short notice. I ended up recieving a lesser charge than what i was arrested for and never served any jail time after my initial ten days before i bonded out.
