I had a simple bankruptcy. Drew included my car in the bankruptcy dispite numerous requests to keep in outside of the bankruptcy process. I was arrested for delivery of a controlled substance in benton county arkansas. When I bailed out of jail I had no idea what to do in order to deal with a class y felony charge.
