Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.

  1. Caution
    issued in AR, 2012

A caution means that an attorney did something wrong, but may still practice law. The attorney was cautioned in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior. Details of the infraction are made part of the public record.

Thomas’s comment: “I was cautioned by the Supreme Court. It was my fault and I deserved to be cautioned. The client is still my client and we have an outstanding professional relationship.”
