He handled our Chapter 7 that had to be converted to a Chapter 13 to save our house and then was able to lower our payment and wipe out the home debt when we could not afford the house. We just received our Chapter 13 discharge and couldn't be more satisfied with the results Mr. Bueker got us.

I have worked in the the area of bankruptcy law for almost 15 years. I have had the opportunity to consult with, and receive consultation advice from, Jeremy Buecker. His knowledge, professionalism and dedication to individuals and family struggling with debt issues is of the highest quality. He is a man of integrity and discipline and has earned my respect as a bankruptcy practitioner.
