Clint Lancaster is a former United States Marine who began his legal career in 2001 by working in law enforcement as a sworn and Arkansas CLEST certified police officer and field training officer. During his nearly five year long career in law enforcement, Clint made countless arrests and successful prosecutions.
In 2005, Clint had seen five years of exploitations in the legal system against criminal defendants and other people who attempted to use the court system to resolve their needs or problems. Clint decided to make a positive difference for people who needed legal services and gave up a successful career to go to law school.
Now a licensed attorney, you can put Clint’s experience to work for you and your case. Having a former law enforcement professional on your case means that your attorney knows how police and prosecutors function and whether the case against you is weak or strong. Additionally, Clint knows how to negotiate to reduce your charges, obtain a more lenient sentence, or possibly have your case dismissed.
Clint also has experience corporate and business matters. Prior to opening The Lancaster Law Firm, Clint worked for two of Arkansas largest corporate law firms handling securities regulation matters, contracts, debtor and creditor relationships, maritime and admiralty cases, and estate planning.
Clint has also been personally involved in business. In 2009, he was a founding member in a duck call company in Benton, Arkansas, and served as the company’s Public and Media Relations Director.
Today, Clint is dedicated to ensuring that The Lancaster Law Firm brings aggressive, corporate style representation as your attorney. No matter whether your case is criminal or civil, Clint and The Lancaster Law Firm are ready to help you today.

Clint puts everything he has into his client's cases. It is not unusual for him to be at the office at 4:30 a.m. and stay until late in the evening. He is known for fighting hard for his client's interest and recognizes the importance of family. There is no one who will work harder on a case.

I know Clint from both law school and from his time working for the Southwest Power Pool Regional Entity legal staff. Clint has since moved on to start his own firm, and I've heard nothing but positive things about the firm. He is an attorney who works well with his clients. He also works to help his fellow attorneys as well. In fact, when Clint had a client present him a case that would have caused a conflict of interest, he was kind enough to refer the client to me. He's a passionate lawyer, and one who will fight for his clients.
