I am a criminal justice attorney in Shreveport, Louisiana. A decade of experience and training for hire. I am never shocked, surprised or judgmental. I offer experience, skill, and preparation.
I have handled hundreds of cases. Some go to trial, some enter pleas. All are important; all are difficult due to their personal nature and the impact upon all involved.
I understand this. I return phone calls promptly, listen with empathy, research facts and law with diligence, and present the case in the best light possible for my client.
At the end of the day I can never guarantee a result, I do my best to make sure that the voices of the people I represent are heard.

Brian Rogers, Criminal defense Attorney on May 6, 2019
Relationship: Family member
Mark, who is my big brother, has always been a fierce advocate for the underdog and a voice for the disadvantaged. He has a long history of challenging authority, and absolutely hates bullies. Growing up, he was a fearless defender, someone one you want in your corner, and has always been my closest friend. He encouraged me to also become a lawyer and helped to prepare me for law school and my practice. Mark is charismatic in front of a jury, quick-witted in front of a judge and has a big heart when dealing with tough situations. I heartily endorse this lawyer.
Eric Mark, Criminal defense Attorney on Jan 31, 2019
Relationship: Friend
I was roommates with mark during law school for two years. I can say with certainty that he cares about everyone and relishes the hard work and dedication it takes to be a great lawyer.

Mark's talent and experience shine through when he addresses a judge and/or prosecutor. His credentials are impressive and I look forward to continuing to learn from Mark in the years to come and as our careers progress.

Mark Rogers is a true believer when it comes to protecting the rights of citizens. When I worked with Mark he never ceased to amaze me at the lengths he would go to assist his clients. Mark never thought twice about working late hours, making house calls, or spending that extra time with a client to make sure he understood their needs. Mark truly cares about the people he represents.

Mark and I are colleagues. We do not typically have the same practice areas, but I know him to be well prepared when he appears in court, professional, reasonable, and compassionate.

I endorse this lawyer for criminal law, successions and immigration law. Our advice is usually the same on criminal issues. I would not hesitate to use him for a personal matter or to refer a client to him in Shreveport.
Kevin Berg, Criminal defense Attorney on Mar 17, 2017

I've know Mark Rogers for as long as I've practiced law. We've tried cases together and as I've sat next to him as he fought for his clients I know how tirelessly he works for his clients. He is an excellent attorney with extensive trial experience who goes above and beyond for his clients.

Mark is passionate and clever. He will fight for you and won't back down when you need him the most. Some weak attorneys will do that, but not Mark.
