Now I can sleep

My Sons character came in to question when he receive a phone call from a Sheriff’s Detective asking him to stop by the next day to answer a few questions. After a sleepless night, the next morning I began searching for legal advice and that’s how we found Beau and Lori. Their legal team found time t...o see us before the interview with the Detective. Completely naïve to our legal rights I was totally dependent on the advice of Beau and his legal team. Beau and his team listened and understood that the allegations that were made against my son could affect his whole life and be totally detrimental to our family. Beau and his team immediately sprang into action making phone calls and providing a plan for my Son. I have to be honest, there was a lot of sleepless night’s worrying about the outcome and if we would receive a knock on the door. Beau personally kept in contact with the Detective so that my Son wouldn’t have too. Three weeks after the first meeting the charges were dropped. Finding Beau and Lori was a God thing. Without legal advice from Block&Palmintier, I fear that the outcome would have been different.

Excellent Attorney!!!

Mr. Beau Brock is an amazing Attorney!! He knows the law and will help and guide you every step of the way. Domestic violence charge dropped & Aggravated assault with a firearm reduced to disturbing the peace!!! Won’t he do it!!!

Wisdom

A huge thank you to Mr. Beau. We were in a family crisis. It was probably the worst time that we could imagine. At that moment my son’s future hung in the balance. Outstanding Representation

Beau, along with the firm's team of Lori Palmintier and Emily Lindig, did a fantastic job of representing me and the best interests of my three children. Beau and Team are the second firm I have used to represent me and I will definitely stay with them for future needs. Very knowledgeable of the law,... but also worked with me to create several solutions to the issues that faced me and my children. Worked very quickly to get the matter under control and then swiftly and effectively to get the resolution needed for my family. Willing to settle matters in mediation if needed and not cautious about putting matters before the judge. Clarity & Resolution

As the adage goes, “When you see a turtle on a fence post, you know two things. First, he didn’t get there by himself; and, Second, now that he’s up there, he is not going to know what to do. Well, unlike the turtle, I knew how I got myself on top of the fence post; but like the turtle – I absolute...ly did not know what to do - facing charges of simple assault and disturbing the peace. The criminal justice system can be a hostile and foreboding environment to be in. The attorneys at Brock and Palmintier were able to meet with me immediately, provide the clarity and insights necessary to settle frayed nerves and initiate the process which would ultimately lead to an acceptable resolution. Please, do not underestimate the combined value of legal knowledge and practical experience – I needed both on my side; and Beau Brock and Lori Palmintier provided it!
