I was highly disappointed with the overall service and outcome of this company and the attorney that “helped” my fiancé and I after our wreck! We never once met our attorney face to face, we were given very limited information about things pertaining to our lawsuit, our questions and concerns were tr...eated as if they didn’t matter and were a bother, my vehicle was NOT repaired and in fact, now has several other things wrong with it as a result of the company they made me go too! Our settlement was significantly lower then it should have been because the attorney and this company took 35% from each of us bringing their “pay” to well over HALF of our settlement money! Yes i understand about fees etc but this is unacceptable! When I inquired about “fixing” the quote repairs done to my car I was told that I would have to prove that it was the fault of their car repair company!!!! This company rips you off and does not do what they say they will do! It is ONLY for the money !
