Courtney Kretzsinger was my Atty. Case settlement seemed hopeless! I was hit by a young woman (18 yrs old I think). She was given the rental of a car as a high school graduation gift. She was unlicensed and carelessly driving about when she ran through a stop sign and hit me. Because she did not rent... the car, and did not have insurance, there seemed to be no compensation to be gained........but Courtney was able to get the Insurance information for the rental car agency, and obtain a settlement that paid a portion of my medical expenses, and negotiated a payment from my insurance company which paid for the balance of my medical expenses! It was like pulling a rabbit out of a hat, but she did it! Oh and I received a check for a comfortable amount to deposit! So all in all it was a bad experience made better by an attorney who cared! Would I recommend them? Absolutely! I can’t imagine that your case would be handled any better, anywhere else!

I was very pleased with Gordon McKernan and associates.! I feel that they really went to bat for me. I feel they listened to my concerns and where in constant contact with me. I did not have to call them. Everybody that I spoke with was nice polite, professional, courteous, and were there to answ...er any questions, I may have had. I felt comfortable enough to call them anytime I did have a question. My attorney Richard Zimmerman made me feel like I was part of a family. Ok Most conversations with him would start with him asking me how I was feeling and if it was anything that I needed before we would even start conversation about my case.
