Mr. Borghardt just makes sure he gives his time in quality to all his clients, and uses it wisely He has one of the most brilliant legal minds of any attorney you will ever come across - just check out his credentials like we did before we hired him. He is sharp - very well spoken and will aggressively defend you with everything he has - if you stay out of his way and let him. However, he welcomes and encourages questions, and wants you to fully understand things. The key is to be honest with him, tell him everything he needs to know so he can do his job. If he says he will do something, rest assured he keeps his word. My advice is trust him implicitly, once you give your money and your case to him, know that you have the best! He handles sensitive issues respectfully, never treats his prospective clients or clients with anything but the utmost respect. He makes it very clear that his one priority is the client and no one else, not family, not friends, not anyone. He encourages and uplifts. He is not only your attorney, but your life coach. Actually, my family considers him an angel, but one of those avenging angels with a fiery sword. You will be making one of the best decisions of your life if you choose to consult with him, and if he will take your case, your life will be changed.

I was in need of an attorney in another state and my local attorney friends had no one to recommend. If it's knowledge and connections you need, he is great. Beyond that, no thank you. He gave me the run around, did not perform half of the tasks I asked him to nor did he even tell me that he did not do them. When the court is helping you more than your attorney, there is an issue. Never checked in w...ith updates even when I asked and when he messed up I just kept getting blown off trying to fix it. I was on a pretty strict time frame trying to get several different sets of papers filed and several deadlines were missed that severely impeded my progress as a professional.
