I was referred to James by a friend of mine as I was being unfairly treated at work.
In short, my Manager at the time was incompetent and making decisions that were detrimental to the business I had been working for, for the past 5 years. I returned to work and following the advice James had provided, I escalated my appeal to the HR Director.
In short, all my warnings were revoked and the Manager was relieved of his duties. Importantly, my reputation was preserved and I have been able to refocus energy on getting my job done.
