My fiancé ran into an unfortunate situation when he desperately needed to "go," and ended up resorting to what he thought was a discreet public urination off of Bourbon Street in New Orleans. It ended in him receiving a citation with very little information at all (who would of thought they would be ...so strict!). He is from the UK and was naturally scared - not only was he NOT going to be able attend the court case the following week, his actual life in America with his bride-to-be was in jeopardy. Clueless, and scouring the internet for reviews of lawyers we never heard of for an offense we didn't know how to handle, we came across Bradley Phillips and sent him an inquiry email. This was truly ideal, as following a case from afar can be challenging and confusing. Using Mr. Phillip's system, we were able to receive alerts and updates from him, as well as store all items that were case related, keeping them accessible to him and us. It may seem like this is a minor detail, but I cannot stress how clean and easy this made everything. When you are not able to attend YOUR OWN court date, it's slightly maddening. You have to trust your lawyer implicitly (we did) and have all information, dates, and paperwork organized (he did). In the end, things worked out great and the charges were dropped - however, the court date was pushed back an entire month. This is important because, again, if this were my fiancé and I handling this, we would not have been able to flown in for a third time to New Orleans (once for the offense, once for the first hearing, and once for the court date). Mr. Phillips was completely responsive to the changes in our case, and kept us completely informed in a timely manner. I would recommend Mr. Phillips and his team to anyone who is looking for a lawyer who is the whole package, and ESPECIALLY to anyone who runs into trouble from out of town. We could not have done any of this without him. He has saved us so much trouble and worry, and for that we are eternally grateful.

Bradley Phillips is the best attorney in New Orleans. We live in North Carolina and I needed a lawyer fast so I looked online and Mr.Phillips name was the first I seen.
