I retained the services of this company based on a recommendation from a family member. I gave them all the information needed...it was not going to be an easy case. When a month went by without any contact from them, I called and was told the information had not been given to the appropriate perso...n. Fine. Yet another month goes by, still nothing. I call again and spoke with 2 different members of the firm and was given 2 totally different reasons why nothing had been done. Mr. Bruno called me and assured me this was not typical and I had his word he would deal with it. Several messages were left for him to call back, either from me or my doctor, and again, nothing happened. I finally contacted the other person's insurance company to get the claim number and was informed no claim had been filed for this incident! This is now almost 3 months after I first retained this firm. I opened the claim myself and fired this firm and retained another attorney. What really gets me is that if this is how they treat a member of someone in the firm, how will they treat someone NOT with the firm?
