After applying for disability and being denied, I went Tim Cuddigan for help. What a kind and compassionate man. He and his staff really made me feel optimistic. It may have taken some time, but in the end, I finally was approved. Even when I would get discouraged, he and my case worker, Erin, alwa...ys picked me up and kept me going! It is definitely a long, drawn out process and unfortunately no atty can speed that up, but it was so nice to know that Tim was in my corner. I can't thank him and Erin enough for their help!

Tim Cuddigan had worked very closely with me and has answered a lot of my questions. he was even able get information that i wasn't able to obtain. His staff was really helpful even i had a very late reply to some questions i had and some uneasy feelings... His staff was able to ease those feelings a...nd sent me some documents letting me know about my case file that we had won are case. After my son was denied disability for a seizure disorder, we contacted Cuddigan Law firm from a referral. The office would not make an appointment for a face to face consultation but instead had my son send his paperwork in the mail. After supposedly reviewing paperwork they sent it back in the mail... with a short note saying they could not represent him. No reason as to why or what the problem is, just can't represent him and feel free to get a second opinion.

His biggest issues are with his staff. Rude, no compassion, dismissive, arrogant and condescending. Mr. Cuddigan? I spoke to twice in over two years. He can be aloof too. He does know what he is doing but leaves 95% of the work to any entirely belligerent staff that absolutely hate their work and th...eir clients. Do not hire these people under any circumstance. They give you no information, and truly resent it when you go to the SSA to try and get that information. I have never regretted a hire more than this. Ever. 6000$ for two hours work and being humiliated, denigrated and dismissed summarily and continuously.
