Logan Haglund is an Associate at Tran & Associates Law. He practices in real estate law (including Landlord-Tenant law, Land Contracts, etc.) and corporate law (including business formations). Prior to working for Tran & Associates Law, Logan was a law clerk with Maxim Realty Group, where he would prepare various legal filings, research cases and statutes regarding the Nebraska Landlord-Tenant Act; prepare and file paperwork for the creation, dissolution, or alteration of LLCs, and; would draft legal documents for Land Contracts, Leases, Wills, and various other documents. Logan has worked as a research assistant at Creighton University, where he researched various aspects of business law, including Russian Bankruptcy laws and the growing issue of fraudulent transfers in leveraged buyouts. Logan has also worked as a law librarian in the Douglas County Corrections Law Library where he helped to direct the inmates in researching case law and statutes regarding their charges.
Logan served an LDS mission in Nagoya, Japan, where he learned to speak both Japanese and some Portuguese. He actively participates in volunteer work through the LDS Church. He graduated from Brigham Young University – Idaho in 2014, and graduated from the Creighton University School of Law in 2017. He is currently licensed to practice in Nebraska.
