About me

Hightower Reff Law, LLC is situated in the heart of downtown Omaha. Tracy Hightower-Henne focuses her practice on honesty and professionalism and providing an aggressive defense for every client. If you’re in need of a professional and tough defense, call for an initial consultation.

Tracy Hightower-Henne received her J.D. and LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Taxation from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan in 2007. During law school, she was an associate member of the Journal of Practical and Clinical Law and served as Business Editor for two years. After passing the bar, she took a position at a local Fortune 500 company doing tax work in their Exams and Appeals group. She protested the IRS’s positions on complex tax matters.

Tracy voluntarily left the corporate world to pursue her passion of helping people and their specific individual needs. Tracy focuses on honesty and professionalism in every case and believes everyone deserves a good defense.
