An excellent experience!

Jason Thomas, his assistant, and his firm have been working with me for some time on my multiple VA agent orange disability claims, through the quagmire of forms and VA requirements. He is not just an excellent attorney experienced in VA claims and appeals, providing the best advice, but also consis...tently maintains swift and responsive communication with me, taking time to explain approaches and answer all my questions. Because of his dedication to me as a client (veterans’ issues are important to him as he is a veteran himself) he has never given up, and has recently received a positive result in my case; he called right away to review the award, and to discuss moving forward on all other of my cases. I have the highest regard for him, total confidence in his representation, and wholeheartedly recommend Jason Thomas!

Jason is awesome. I contacted Jason as soon as I received disappointing news from the VA. I called Berry law and soon after I received a call from Jason. Jason was on the phone with me for about a half hour, he was pleasant to speak with by the way. He asked questions gathered information and ...got the ball rolling. Jaime was awesome also, she answered my emails and returned my phone calls in a timely manner. A few months later I congratulatory call, Jason and Jaime were successful in getting me an increased disability rating. I am grateful to have had Jason and Jaime assist me. was able to get my VA rating raised from 60 to 100 percent. Could not have done it on my own.

Trusted and Loyal Firm

I'm pleased with Jason by getting my disability rating increased. The company always calls me back within 24 hours and have answered any questions that I have. I would recommend this firm, and Jason, to any veterans that needs assistance. They are extremely fast and friendly.
