He helped me setup a will, advanced health directive and a beneficiary deed for my home. Then followed it up two weeks later with a letter reminding me of the things I needed to do myself (send copies of the AHD to familiy, register the beneficiary deed with the county).

Kyle Krull set up our family living trust 15 year's ago and we recently updated the trust to reflect changes in family status. Kyle is extremely personable and efficient and he also went above the call of duty in helping to explain how our trust works to our adult children. We appreciate his efforts on our behalf and it is a pleasure working with him.

Mr. Krull and his staff were consistently professional, courteous and personal. He handled my concerns and questions with integrity and I especially appreciated that he was timely and thoughtful, even though it was a matter of a small estate.

Kyle was a great person to guide my wife and I through the estate planning process. He gave his opinion where she and I had questions and was a true pleasure to work with.

I met with Kyle yesterday for an update on my estate planning. I started with Kyle 17 years ago. He has helped me throughout those years by keeping in touch and helping me in any way I needed. I have found he will help you resolve your legal issues by showing you what your options are and where those decisions lead you. He assist first with legal advice which often bleeds over into emotional issues and deals with those with compassion, respect, and sound advice as well. He has treated me with the highest respect and concern for where I am and what I am dealing with and given sound legal advice. I rank this guy at the top of his field and would highly recommend him to anyone.

We first met Kyle Krull in 1997. We were a young family (relatively!) then and needed estate planning that included a business we owned and 3 young sons we needed to take care of if we died. Kyle created a living trust for us, explained everything in detail and made us feel secure that we had taken care of our sons in the best way possible while maximizing their inheritance and guardianship.
Almost 20 years later, our sons are grown, we have sold the business and have minimized our lifestyle. We wanted to make sure our trust expressed the needs we have now--maximizing their inheritance while making sure they would know everything they needed to know to take care of our current assets and their inheritance (unless we spend it all--which we might--we do like to travel!).
Kyle reworked our trust, updated our living wills and simplified our instructions. He helped us take care of making sure our heirs know where everything is and are able to take care of those assets we currently have with a minimum of confusion. Keeping it simple!
Kyle and his wife Gretchen were very gracious, warm, and efficient at updating our trust. We are so glad this detail of our lives is taken care of and we don't have to worry about it any more.

Kyle and Gretchen provided my wife and myself with basic legal services to mitigate delays in transferring assets to our heirs upon our demise. The service provided was well communicated and highly efficient in delivery. I appreciated Kyle's methodical and pragmatic approach to discerning the various levels of estate planning services. Kyle has a deep understanding of legal transfers through the lense of the legal probate system and is capable of articulating the myriad of legal processes in a common language to he ordinary layman. The costs are modest for the level of service and professionalism demonstrated. I would highly recommend Kyle and Gretchen Krull for legal estate planning services.

Kyle provided all the information we needed to make a decision about what kind of will be we needed for our situation. He was pleasant to talk to and did not pressure us to do more than was necessary. His prices are reasonable and he is very upfront about what the cost entails. We were pleased with the end product and look forward to keeping in touch with him for years to come.

Our first experience with Kyle as an attorney was in 2009. He was an easy choice for us as we'd known Kyle for many years priors through community and shared school events. Kyle is a supurb attorney who helped us draft our first and, most recent, " B*** Family Trust". Our son is "special" and we are grateful for Kyle's ability to help us navigate the legal territory for our whole family, but especially for our son who will need care for his entire life. We are also grateful for Kyle's wisdom and support with regards to our inherent beliefs and wishes.
Kyle kept in touch with us through a monthly e-newletter, bi-annual estate review reminder letter and, helped keep our plans up-to-date as needed.

My family moved to the KC area from out of state. With a very young child and another on the way, we knew we needed an estate plan. Prior to moving we had a consultation with a different attorney. We assumed a simple document would protect our children and our assets. We were wrong. Kyle’s thoroughness was incredible compared to the our previous attorney. Kyle walked us through pros and cons of multiple options. We ultimately chose a plan that we are confident in. In addition to the level of detail and options, Kyle and Gretchen were incredibly patient. We had to reschedule many of our appointments at the last minute—they were always patient and understanding. We could not be happier with our decision to work with Kyle and Gretchen.
